Cuckoo Callay is celebrating all things bacon this coming February 9th with a Bacon Festival. They’ve put together a selection of 8 bacon dishes showcasing the best from the beast as well as two bacon beverages.

Dishes include a Popcorn chicken and bacon burger with beer candied bacon, popcorn chicken with beer & tomato chutney on brioche; the Buttermilk Bacon Waffle with house made bacon caramel ice cream, maple bacon and chocolate coated bacon, and finally, ‘The Ultimate Bacon Breakfast’ which has 5 different types of pork including bacon sausage, bacon steak, streaky maple bacon and more.
This celebration of the pig includes a partnership with Black Forest Smokehouse in Marrickville who are supplying all the meat from local NSW pig farms. Oink!
