- 6-7 crepes (half of this recipe)
- 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sweetened whipped cream (1/2 cup heavy cream whipped with about 3 tbsp sugar) or substitute whipped topping
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- Additional whipped cream and chocolate chips for garnish
