If you’re after a lazy lunch or dinner that packs a punch. These curry chicken burgers are one of my go-to dishes. The hard work is all in the marinade, of just five ingredients. Followed by a fry, until golden, then stack and eat. So, so tasty!
2 TEASPOONS OF CURRY POWDER
2 TEASPOONS OF TUMERIC
1 TEASPOON OF SUGAR
2 TABLESPOONS OF FISH SAUCE
1 CLOVE OF GARLIC, FINELY CHOPPED
4 CHICKEN THIGHS
2 TABLESPOONS OF NEUTRAL OIL
¼ GREEN CABBAGE, FINELY SHAVED
2 TABLESPOONS OF KEWPIE MAYONNAISE
2 to 4 SOFT BURGER BUNS
