These Geometric Chicken and Ginger Pot Sticker Dumplings are moreish mouthfuls,and incredibly simple to make.
The bulk of the hard work is done by your food processor. The rest is in your hands and requires a little bit of patience. And these geometric beauties aren’t too hard to fold. Once you’ve mastered folding a few, you’ll gather a good pace and whip through the dumpling skins in no time, and you’ll have a tray full ready to be fried, then steamed.
4 x CHICKEN THIGHS / ROUGHLY 500G
4 GARLIC CLOVES
1 INCH PIECE OF GINGER, SKIN REMOVED
2 BUNCHES OF CORIANDER
2 TABLESPOONS OF FISH SAUCE
