This is fantastic.
Food Studies scholar, home cook and all round good samaritan Leanne Brown has put together this amazing cookbook called Good and Cheap. Written for those who want to eat well but are on a tight budget or are on the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, better known as SNAP or food stamps which helps low and no income people and families in the U.S. purchase food.
A day’s worth of food stamps is only about $4 which can barely feed anyone. This cookbook shows how to stretch that $4 to create a wide range of healthy and tasty meals helping everyone on all budgets.
