Melbourne-based ice cream parlour 196 Below has sorted out this issue. Known already for their kickass liquid nitrogen ice cream, they’ve added some ‘UV-reactive liquid colouring’ to make your frozen delight real bright.

Yes, it’s safe to eat because the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration said so. Woohoooo!! Now, I just need to get myself a flight to Melbourne for a scoop.
