Lebanon; a small country with a powerfully mouthwatering palate. The beautiful thing about this is that local fresh ingredients are no more than a few days old, guaranteeing a high level of freshness, taste and love put into the food devoured.
The chaps over at NoGarlicNoOnions have collaborated with Souk El Tayeb, Chef Wael Lazkani, and Solidere to bring us Souk El Akel, a weekly celebration of Lebanese, Middle Eastern and International culinary delights.
Designed as a public market space, cooks, chefs and producers from various parts of Lebanon have joined together offering an array of finger licking dishes; supporting the local community, cooks, restaurateurs and Beirut’s economy.
Enjoy / Bon Appetite / Sahtan!
